I was very impressed with the professional service of Remington mulch. We ordered firewood and it not only came the next day, the customer service was outstanding. I received a text telling me an estimated time with a link to track the truck. This allowed me to move cars as they approached. I then received an invoice after delivery showing the charges. Great tech. Great customer service!! I'll use again and tell my circles.

The crew from Remington Mulch Company out of Fairfax did a wonderful job. Easy over the phone ordering and delivery was earlier than expected. They dropped the load of kilned-dried wood right where I needed it. The wood itself was cut no less than 16 inches long and beautiful, almost square mixed pieces. Easy to stack. With the little debris pieces left over after stacking, I didn't need a separate order of kindling. Thanks so much, Remington. Highly recommended and fair on pricing. Definitely 6 or more stars.

Communication was clear, prompt, and on point throughout the entire process. They navigated a steep driveway without issue and, as requested, thoughtfully placed the rack of wood in the perfect location next to the house for easy access and storage. Needed wood after the Jan 2026 snow event in Washington DC region. Couldn’t believe they still had supply. Staff was friendly and took my order over the phone. Internet was also an option. Best part was that they delivered and stacked the wood for me. It was great. I have found my new supplier. Thanks for all the support.

I had my first cord of firewood delivered from Remington this Friday based on a neighbor's recommendation. I found their customer service was excellent and the delivery guys were equally amazing. They were friendly, placed the wood exactly where I wanted which can be difficult with a large load, and they were also on time despite all of the snow and ice that still exists on our roads.
