Repeat customer here … always happy with Remington products and service. I’ve used them for mulch delivery and - this week - firewood. Very easy to schedule with, great communication, and the actual delivery and firewood stacking was fantastic!

The first time we purchased from Remington Mulch, we picked up the 1/16 cord from their Fairfax location and were impressed with the quality of the firewood. So much so, that once we ran out of firewood, we ordered the 1/12 cord online (very easy process) which was delivered to our house on a Saturday. I received a text message the Friday before with a delivery window and on Saturday received another text with a link to track the delivery. We will definitely buy from them again.

The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. They answered every question patiently and responded almost instantly. We purchased 80 bags of soil, and the two drivers were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to carry everything to the exact spot we requested. They worked very hard and handled everything with great care and professionalism.

The quality of the soil is also top-notch — clean, consistent, and clearly premium grade. We are very impressed with both the service and the product. Highly recommended!
