Great communication and customer service. Cherry wood is beautiful.

Excellent service. The firewood they delivered seems good quality, and they delivered a quarter cord, unlike other companies that require at least a half cord for delivery. They gave me a delivery window the day before and even tracking info on the delivery truck when it was on its way. I cheaped out and didn't pay for them to stack the wood, but they would have done that too. I can't think of anything that they could have done differently to make it a better experience.

This is the first time we have ordered firewood from Remington Mulch Co and we are quite pleased! The drivers manuvered their truck around parked cars to dump the wood in the perfect spot, they were very kind. The firewood looks great, not a bit of throw away material that always came with firewood from other companies. We will get our firewood from Remington Mulch Co. in the future and you would be well served to do so as well.

Got a 1/2 chord of kiln dried wood. Was able to track the delivery team's arrival, they co firmed the drop location and provided a fire starter gift bag. The wood burns clean and happy.

Been getting firewood from them for several years now. They always deliver promptly and if the quantity isn’t right, they rectify it immediately. I used to get mixed hardwood seasoned then I got mixed. Hardwood kiln dried and have upgraded to oak kiln-dried and that is the best move. The oak lasts a long time and just so clean burning I don’t even need kindling. Can’t go wrong with Remington.
