Gainesville had excellent customer service and plan. From the office staff with suggestions, the tracking for delivery, and the delivery guy. All superb. I got 5 cubic yards of top soil and would highly recommend them.

Wood was delivered and off the truck in 5 minutes.

They have a delivery fee. Comparing prices this made it about the same price as some other options. I went with Remington because they were more responsive. They didn't disappoint on the customer service front. They delivered when they said they would and placed the load where instructed. They provided information and tracking the day of delivery. The product looked good to me.

Another top notch firewood delivery from Remington Mulch! I always get the triple split logs as they fit into the smaller wood stoves. Outstanding quality and quick, flexible delivery.

I Did my homework on local kiln-dried firewood and found that Remington has the best price if you can score the occasional coupon. I called to inquire the person on the phone said, if you get on our mailing list there will be a coupon out this weekend! That is exactly what happened and the coupon saved me $50. I ordered online, an half cord of kiln-dried firewood, and the communication was fantastic. They verified the order, scheduled the delivery, confirmed a couple days before and gave me the heads up when the driver was on the way. At every step they thanked me for my business and the drive gave me a gift! A nice box of fireplace matches and a welcome note. Such a nice touch. The quality of the firewood is excellent and the entire process left me with a really good feeling about being a Remmington customer.
