Service at Remington mulch and Firewood is fantastic! Communications were spot on from day one. They let me know when my order was going to show up and when the driver was en route. The folks who actually brought me my Firewood did a stellar job of stacking and were done rather quickly. The overall experience was outstanding! Will definitely use again!
I had tried to use a different firewood company and got the run around for days. As soon as I called Remington it was smooth sailing. They took care of us, arrived right when they said they would and delivered exactly what we wanted. I will definitely go with Remington first next year!
We’ve been using their wood for our fireplace and it always burns clean. In fact, we had a chimney sweep a few weeks ago and he said we must be using good wood because it was very clean still. We also had a delivery for the first time the other day and it was worth the money for them to carry it around to the back of our townhouse and stack it.
Courteous delivery and they give you tracking so you know exactly when the wood will arrive. We are already enjoying our first fire and the wood burns so easily. Definitely recommend.
Everything about our interaction with this company was great! The wood is good quality, split well, delivery was prompt and professional as were the employees that unloaded and stacked the wood for us. We highly recommend this company and will be using them again.
